The Law Offices of Larry R. Glazer will soon be initiating litigation on behalf of citizens of Belarus challenging the Government's application of PP 10143 (Schengen entry ban) with respect to the administration of the DV2021 program.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN AS A NAMED PLAINTIFF?
Any DV2021 selectee who is either a national, citizen, or resident of Belarus may join as a named plaintiff.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS LITIGATION?
The goal of the litigation is to assure that our named plaintiffs have their immigrant visa interviews scheduled and their applications processed in accordance with the INA.
HOW DO I JOIN AS A NAMED PLAINTIFF?
Submit the Eligibility Questionnaire. We will let you know by email if you are eligible and, if so, send further instructions on completing the required steps: 1) uploading documents; 2) signing a contract of representation; and 3) paying the legal fees.
WASN'T IRAN PART OF THIS LITIGATION? WHAT HAPPENED?
Yes, due to common consular processing issues Iran was initially part of this litigation. It has become clear, however, that prospective clients from Iran need more time to provide the requested paperwork. We've decided not to delay filing the Belarus lawsuit and intend to proceed with the Iran litigation at a later date.
WHAT ARE THE LEGAL FEES?
The initial fee for a single plaintiff is $800, with an additional $400 due upon receipt of an interview notice. For families the initial fee is $1200, with an additional $400 due upon receipt of an interview notice.
The initial fee is considered earned on payment and is not refundable. The second payment is due only upon the successful scheduling of the plaintiff's immigrant visa interview.
IS CONSULAR ASSISTANCE INCLUDED IN THE LEGAL FEES?
Yes. LOLRG will assist our named plaintiffs with consular scheduling and/or transfers as needed.
Case-specific consular representation is not included in the fees. Individual representation, including full eligibility and document review, will be made available to named plaintiffs for an additional fee of $500. Named plaintiffs may choose to add this extra service up to five days before the scheduled interview.
HOW WILL NAMED PLAINTIFFS BE KEPT APPRISED OF DEVELOPMENTS IN THE CASE?
Named plaintiffs will have their own members-only portal on this website where we will provide regular updates, share legal documents, and hold scheduled chats. We will also hold zoom calls where named plaintiffs will receive updates and be able to ask questions of the lead counsel.
DO YOU GUARANTEE SUCCESS?
